Returns

As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer preference unless the product has a clear defect.

If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. After confirmation, we will ask you to return the item using cash-on-delivery shipping, and we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

Please note that due to limited stock availability, we may not always be able to provide a replacement.

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above policy, if the product is shipped to a destination within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel their order or return the product within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all accessories included, in the original packaging, and free from odors or damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
